Fed raised interest rate yesterday and it was the 2nd time in this year. 2 more increases are coming in this year??? Yes, we think so. That means many borrowers with variable interest rate will be affected. We suggest our clients consider fixed rate for the next five years. In the past 15 years, the highest WSJ prime rate was 8.25% (from June 2006 to September 2007).
