We maintain consent and opt-out records to help honor your messaging preferences.
 

How We Share Information
 

We may share relevant maintenance information with property owners, authorized management personnel, and technicians or service providers involved in evaluating or completing the work.
 

We use service providers, including Wix for website hosting and data storage and Twilio for text-message delivery. These providers process information as needed to provide their services.
 

We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS consent information is not shared with other businesses for their own messaging programs. It may be processed by providers that support delivery of our messages.
