Program Description

The SOLiDON Maintenance SMS program sends participating technicians and service providers text messages about maintenance job proposals, scheduling, and job updates. Messages may include work descriptions, proposed compensation, materials arrangements, and links to relevant photos or videos.

Consent

Participation is voluntary. Before enrollment, a SOLiDON representative explains the messaging program and asks for your explicit permission during a phone or in-person conversation. We maintain a record of your consent.

You may decline text messages and communicate with SOLiDON by phone or email instead. Consent to receive messages does not obligate you to accept a job.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on available jobs and ongoing maintenance activity. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.

Opting Out

Reply STOP to any program message to unsubscribe. You may receive a confirmation of your opt-out, after which no further program messages will be sent unless you enroll again.

Job Proposals and Assignments

A job proposal is an invitation to discuss or accept proposed work. Your reply does not by itself confirm an assignment. SOLiDON must separately confirm the assignment, scope, compensation, materials arrangements, and schedule.

Tenant availability listed in a proposal is a scheduling preference, not a confirmed appointment. Additional work or material expenses require prior approval.

Privacy and Confidentiality

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information associated with this program.

Use any property information, photos, videos, or contact details you receive only to evaluate or perform the requested work. Do not distribute them to unrelated parties.

Delivery

Text-message delivery may be delayed or unavailable due to carrier coverage, network conditions, or other factors. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

This program is not an emergency service. For an emergency requiring immediate assistance, call 911.

Your Mobile Number

Provide a mobile number you are authorized to use, and notify SOLiDON if your number changes or is reassigned.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms and post the revised version on this page. If the messaging program changes in a way that requires new consent, we will obtain that consent before sending those messages.
